Down Home Properties was established in 2011 as a family owned and operated property management company specializing in vacation rental homes. It all began when Vickie & Stacey had a vision to have a Property Management Company unlike any other. As our business grew, we made the decision to introduce a sister company offering Real Estate sales in and around the tri-county area. It seemed like a natural next step forward with the ever changing real estate market.
Meet Our Team
Lisa moved from Maine to Wildwood in 2000 with her family. She stayed home to care for her daughter until she was old enough to attend a Pre-K program. At that time, she accepted a position with The Villages® sales office in guest relations. Here she assisted guests with reservations to visit The Villages® community. She gained valuable customer service skills and knowledge about the community and local area.
In 2017 Lisa joined Down Home Properties as a reservationist utilizing her customer service skills and knowledge of The Villages® community to assist guests with their reservations. Within a year she acquired her real estate license and was promoted to Property Manager where she continues to build upon her customer service skills and utilize her sales skills working with new homeowners.

Kevin, a native from New Jersey, relocated to Florida in 2009. He left his career as a firefighter in New Jersey to be closer to family and raise his two daughters. Kevin completed two associate degrees in Health Sciences in 2017.
Soon after completing his degrees in 2017, Kevin began working for Down Home Properties as a Field Representative, where he excelled in customer care. He was soon repositioned in the office to be cross trained. This allowed Kevin to work hand in hand with guests helping them find their perfect vacation rental, as well as working as a liaison between homeowners and vendors to take care of any issues the guests may be experiencing in the home. In 2019 Kevin acquired his real estate sales license and was promoted to Property Manager. Kevin’s dedication and attention to detail are why he continues to grow in his role.

Wildwood is a great place to live and work and that is why I chose to call it home. Growing up in the Tri-County area, I know some of the hidden gems of The Villages® community and the cities and towns in the surrounding area. So, whether you are looking for a relaxing lake to fish or a delicious place to eat, I can suggest a few. I graduated from The Villages® Charter School in 2017. Shortly after graduation I began my career at Down Home Properties where I started out as a receptionist. I moved my way up the line into the position of Reservationist where I helped guests find their perfect vacation home in The Villages® Florida. After finding out how much I enjoyed assisting others with their vacation rental needs I decided to follow in my family’s footsteps and began my real estate career. I acquired my real estate license in 2019 and actively sold homes in 2020. I realized I enjoy the real estate business but more so enjoy the daily interaction with people. I moved into a Property Management role in 2023 and found the position meant for me. I love working with homeowners and guests while putting my customer service skills and problem solving skills to good use every day.
