How do I check in?
Most of our vacation rentals are set up with a keyless lock system. You will receive your personal code 2 days before your trip. Your code activates the afternoon of your arrival and will deactivate at 10am on your departure day. For the few homes not on a keyless entry a lockbox is on the property with a key inside and an additional key inside the home for you to use.

Are linens provided?
Yes, all vacation rentals are set up with 2 sets of sheets per bed. You will also find ample towels, kitchen towels and a few cleaning towels (if you get the crazy idea to dust!)

Can I bring my pet along?
Yes, some homes are pet friendly and will welcome your dog family members. If you travel with a cat please understand that although it states pet friendly not all homes allow cats due to allergies. If you have any questions please feel free to call or email us for assistance.

What is trip insurance and do you offer it?
We offer trip insurance to all of our vacation rental travelers through Generali Global Assistance. They insure protection against cancellation of your rental if you or your travel companion become ill or not able to travel. For more details please reach out to the office.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things come up or your travel plans change. We offer a 60 day cancellation with no penalty and 30 day cancellation with 50% refund. Once you are inside your 30 days prior to arrival there is no cancellation refund.

What happens if I have to leave early?
We understand life is unpredictable, if you have to depart early please let us know and we will open up the remaining days of your stay to try and re rent them. If we are able to secure a new rental for the remainder of your stay a refund of 90% of the days re rented will be refunded. If we are unable to secure a new tenant for the remainder of your days there will be no refund.

Is daily or weekly housekeeping available?
Yes, the cleaning companies that we work with are happy to arrange regular cleanings during your stay. You’re on vacation, let them keep your home away from home clean while you play!

Are BBQ grills provided?
Some properties do provide a bbq grill, if this is an important feature for you please be sure to read the property description or ask our friendly reservations team before making your reservation.

How do I make a reservation?
You can make reservations directly through our website or if you prefer a more personal experience you can call our office and one of our reservation specialists will be happy to assist you in securing your reservation.

Are the pools heated?
The private pools at the rental house are not heated, if you wish to swim in a heated pool please use one of the many community pools found throughout the community.
