Home watch service is a service we provide when your home is vacant. The cost for this service is $60 per month.
We visit your home weekly to check on it. Two of those visits are visual inspections of the exterior and interior. We do a quick visual inspection by walking around the exterior and walking around the interior of the home. We check for pest issues, weeds, etc. The other two visits we are performing a complete inspection of the home.
We make ourselves available to let service providers in as needed and to accept any deliveries you may have.
