Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, Once a tenant is ready to sign a lease, you will be emailed to sign as well. -

How and when do I get my checks?
You are paid monthly, by the end of the first full week of the month. -
How is rent collection handled?
We offer ACH and Credit Card payments on the tenant portal or they are welcome to mail a check if that is easier for them. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We are required by Florida law to sign a lease that does not exceed 12 months. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We hold a security deposit in the amount of $1000.00 -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start managing your property right away! -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family homes located in Lake, Sumter & Marion Counties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive a monthly owner statement and once a year you will receive a year in review statement along with your MISC-1099 -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold the tenant security deposit in a non-interest bearing account held with Citizens First Bank
